How to Report a Misconduct

1. Visit GCAA Website (http://www.gcaa.gov.ae/en/)
2. From the E-Services Menu, search for "Misconduct Reporting"
   
3. Click on the Service
4. The "Initiate Service" page will appear. Click on the "Initiate" button.
   
5. An application form will appear. 
   
6. Fill in the application details
7. If you choose to "Submit information anonymously" the report will be submitted anonymously and GCAA will not be able to update you or contact you for any further information
8. If you wish to receive updates regarding the report in concern then you will have to provide the contact details
9. You can attach the documents as an evidence
10. Once all the details are filled click on "Submit to GCAA" for further processing.
