• Kindly access http://www.gcaa.gov.ae/en and select the "login" option to open the login window.

• Please click on forgot username / password.

   

• Please enter your email, username or mobile and select recovery option and press submit.

• You will be presented with following screen.

 

 

 

• Kindly check your email and open reset password link.

   

• Kindly enter your new password and press submit. Your password will be updated.
