How to submit a complaint or inquiry to GCAA?

1. Kindly access https://www.gcaa.gov.ae/en/ and scroll down to "Get In Touch" section.

   

2. Kindly click on Feedback block, you will be directed to login page. Please login.

   

3. Inquiry form will open, kindly fill up the form and submit.
